Tu by sme mohli popisat skrutky, ich dizajn, zladenie s celkovym dizajnom. Taktiez mozeme popisat “uchytenie tachometra”. Tusim ste spominali, ze mate rozne velkosti/uchytenia. Nemam vsetky informacie a tak tie sekcie naskladavam podla svojho uvazenia. Ak by ste to potrebovali rozdelit inak, dajte pls. vediet.
Tuto kombinaciu fotiek som zvolil aj z dovodu, ze tu mame rovnaky dizajn skrutiek + vzdy nejaky zltohnedy prvok aby videli navstevnici zladenie motorky v detailoch.
….tu moze byt text k nasledujucemu natocenemu pohladu motorky kde je pekne vidiet linie nadrze a sedla. Pripadne cokolvek ine k tomuto pohladu.
Tu som dal na test malu slideshow. Smerovana je k tomu aby sme ukazali hlavne casti ktore ste menili. Cize je tam farebne menena horna cast motora, vedenie hadiciek do motora, nadrz kde ste obrusili vylisovanu hranu, uchytenie sedla. K tymto castiam by mal smerovat popis. Pripadne ak chcete este nieco vyznacit, tak dajte vediet.
Ak by vas napadlo ine znazornenie menenych casti, mozeme to vyskusat.

Zadna horna cast motora, ktoru ste autorsky vytvorili. Je tu vidiet rebrovanie/prieduchy. Cize moze sa uviest, ze ste neriesili len dizajn a linie motorky, ale aj funkcnu stranku odvetrania…

SPECIFICATION
Weight - 171kg without fuel
Seat height - 78cm
Frame and swingarm:
- shaved from all the unused brackets
- powder-coated frame
- new aluminum footpegs
- renewed side stand (no more central stand)
- new custom made front fender
- new welded seat frame
Forks and shock:
- triple tree clamp Rebel Moto
- internally and externally shorten forks by 5cm (2 inches)
- fork completely rebuilt
- professionally powder-coated
- new YSS rear shock
Wheels and steering:
- new Michelin Raod Classic tires
- new steering bearing
- hubs painted with Cerakote paint
Tank and seat:
- fuel tank opened, cleaned and coated from inside
- removed flat welds from fuel tank (pressure tested)
- professionally painted using a 2k technology
- custom longer seat made of real leather by Milita Seats
Engine, gearbox, and transmission:
- engine cleaned from the inside out
- new gaskets, grommets, seals etc…
- engine, gearbox, and transmission box sandblasted with fine glass beads the vapor blasted
- checked for excessive wear
- new main crankshaft bearings
-new custom made exhausts (idle - 91,5dB, 4000rpm - 101,5dB), A-weighting
Fuel and air system:
- vapor blasted and ultrasonic cleaned carburetors
- black ceramic coating
- new seals and gaskets everywhere - new air pod filters
- K&N air filters
Brakes:
- renewed and vapour-blasted calipers
- black ceramic coating
- new Venhill hoses, banjo bolts, and bleeders
- new 1-inch Discacciati master cylinders levers
Electric:
- renewed internal engine wiring harness, contacts cleaned
- new outside wiring harness
- Motogadget M-unit Blue with alarm and keyless ignition and many more features
- Aliant LiFePo4 14Ah battery
- new Lifepo4 friendly regulator
- Motogadget Tiny speedometer
- Rebel Moto pushbutton controls with LED control lights
- Highsider indicators, CE certified
- new spark high voltage cables and spark plugs
- Highsider 7 inch LED front light
Fluids:
- new fork oil, engine oil, gearbox oil, transmission oil, and brake fluid DOT 4
Almost all old bolts, washers, and nut was replaced with stainless steel ones. All rusted or broken parts were cleaned, repaired, or replaced with new ones.
